This order of the arrow flap patch was from the Yah-Tah-Hey-Si-Kess Lodge 66, Great Southwest Council.
This flap was issued in 2010 to commemorate the 2010 National Boy Scout Jamboree. Black border with Bugs Bunny (trademarked) featured on this flap. This is the corrected issue with the lodge name spelled correctly on the flap. (The looney tunes gateway that was at the jamboree might have been the best gateway I ever witnessed).
