This order of the arrow flap patch was from the Yah-Tah-Hey-Si-Kess Lodge 66, Great Southwest Council.
This flap was issued in 2012 for hosting the W-6E Conclave. The theme is Band of Brotherhood (like Band of Brothers). It also mentions the 47th Star - which is in relation to New Mexico being the 47th state to join the USA (in 1912).
It also celebrated the 100th anniversary of the OA 1912-2012 (I guess that's the link to the 47th star - the OA and New Mexico came into being the same year)
This flap has the number 66 in gray. (There is also a red version, I don't know what the difference is, but it's a difference). Silver Mylar Border,
