This order of the arrow flap patch was from the Yah-Tah-Hey-Si-Kess Lodge 66, Great Southwest Council.
This flap was issued in 2005 to raise funds to donate to the Maury Clancy Indian Scholarship Fund. The sticker on the back of the flap (see pictures) explains this, but in summary, it is a fund to help send Native Americans to Summer Camp.
