    Restricted Issue
    98 is the Council # of the new South Georgia Council and Withlacoochee Lodge and is ghosted on the flap.

    NOTE: Only a handful of this award patch are awarded each year.  You must have perfect attendance; and meet several other criteria to receive this award. This year every lodge member that attended the work weekend and served at the SR-9 Conclave was awarded the patch. That is the only reason I have a duplicate to offer on ebay.
