. This was from the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) 2006. This is the black border flap set, with the gold mylar longhorn horns extended out of the top of the flap. Blue writing. "Taking Chisholm Trail to MSU NOAC 2006, On the Trail to NOAC".
