    Neat find!
    Here is a Chicago & North Western Railway sealing security tag.  I have been told that this would have been used to seal a box car, if you know different, please e-mail me and I will update my listing.  I took several pictures showing both sides.  I listed this as "used" because I have no idea if it is new or used.
