This is a Vintage Simmons 12K GF Gold Bead Ball Necklace Choker.  The 12K GF beads measure 5mm /5cm and are threaded on a 12K GF chain.
The necklace measures 16.25" and is adjustable from 14.25" to 16.25", with a Hook & Eye closure.
This is a quality piece from Jewelry maker R. F. SIMMONS. The necklace has nice color and shine. A classic design to have in one's jewelry collection.
