Condition: this old banner/flag has been around a while but still has a lot of life left in it..just needs a little TLC. The right top is tattered. It can be fixed by cutting of about 2" across the top. There is a hole about the size of a dime on the right side, perhaps a little black thread could take care of it. The other thing is there are some small red spots on it.
