    Vintage Hand Held Cast Iron Gem Ice Shave ICE BLOCK SHAVER  North Bro's Mfg Co.  It measures approximately 6" long X 2" wide X 2 1/4" tall.
    It is used with wear and surface rust and discoloration.  It has some surface rust, but functions.
