Vintage German Benchmark Brass Ships bell ship striking clock 8 day runs repair

Description

Clock does wind and runs, but stops after a few days. Strike does operate, but seems to be very slow and gummy, clock will strike randomly. This being said, i am selling as is for parts or repair. Case has some very lite, nicks, scuffs, and tarnish spots around, could use as good polishing. Dial has some nicks, and scratches. Rear of case measures 7 1/8th inches across.
