Vintage Frisco railroad baggage tag or watch fob

Description

I purchased a group of items that appear to be vintage train items (I am no expert at these) - so check out my other auctions.
Not sure if this is a baggage tag, watch fob or something else. The Frisco tag/fob is 2 inches wide.
