This was made By Chelsea for the U.S. Government. It Has a Large Bakelite Black Porthole Style Case with Hinged Cover and Screw Knob Latch. The Case is Signed on the Back "Chelsea Clock Co. Boston", and Signed Inside "P-6521". The Dial is a White Metal 24 Hour Dial, Signed "Chelsea Clock Co. Boston U.S. Government". This has a
    Chelsea 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up "Time Only" Lever Movement, Which Winds From The Front. The Movement is Signed "12IE-1984 Chelsea Clock Co. Boston USA 849167".  It is a Key Wind Clock That Winds from The Front, and Includes a Winding Key.
