Vintage 90s Cannondale Sticky Water Bottle Holder Cage Road Mountain Bike Black

I pulled this bottle holder from a pretty low mileage 90s mountain bike. It's in great shape, no issues as far as I can tell. I don't have a matching bottle, unfortunately. I imagine there is supposed to be a felt pad that sticks to the little hooks, but that probably stayed with the bottle
