  • Condition: EX condition. The logo style dates this bat to 1932-52, and the narrow indicates that it was probably designed as a softball bat. Original logos all present and easily readable. Very Minor scratches and marks as expected on a used 75+ year old bat. Barrel is marked "HILLERICH & BRADSBY CO Made in USA H&B No JL Louisville KY " inside an oval. The signature block is marked "Collegian" & "TED WILLIAMS Model" The silver foil is in excellent shape on the barrel logo but has faded/worn somewhat on the signature block. Knob is unmarked. Wood grain is strong, firm, and attractive with no splits, cracks, or major damage to wood. Wood is in excellent condition. This bat presents very well, and cleaned up it would be beautiful... We have not oiled, restored, or prepped the bat at all, as we will leave those decisions to the new owner. Please see photos to evaluate condition for yourself. Photos are part of the description.
