4. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Protectorates can take a couple of weeks to arrive. If you ship this order to a P.O. Box in those States/Territories it 'may' mean a faster delivery of your order.

1) EBAY requires that you use EBAY Payments to pay us for your purchase
2) Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay if payment is not received after 7 days of your purchase.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order:
1. Shipping is FREE to the 48 Contiguous States and APO addresses. Shipments to AK, PR, HI and U.S. Protectorates require an additional charge of .00 per unit purchased. Method of shipment will be decided on by us.
SPECIAL AK, PR, and HI SHIPMENT NOTE: Shipments to AK, PR and HI can take multiple weeks to be delivered by carrier.
2. We reserve the right not to ship to non-confirmed shipping addresses. We are not responsible for wrong or non-deliverable or incorrect addresses. We are not responsible if we ship your order to an address that does not receive our selected method of shipment. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address at checkout because ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
3. Your order will be processed and shipped through our fulfillment centers located across the U.S. Orders will 'usually' ship within 2 business days (M-F), but could take up to 3 business days to ship. (For orders with at 48 contiguous state destination. Shipment to AK, HI, PR, and U.S. protectorates will take about two weeks to be delivered.
4. Local pickup / will call service is not available.
5. Expedited shipping is NOT available
We are the distributor of the vinyl and accessories.  All items are warranted to be new and packaged at our facility in Denison, Texas.
Returns:
1) PLEASE contact us with any return issues BEFORE you initiate your return request!
2) Items must be returned within 30 days after date of invoice. Please contact us return instructions before returning items to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, handling cost and insurance.
3) We strongly recommend that you insure any items being returned to us. Any items being returned must include the invoice number and be sent to:

1. This is an 'AS IS' Kit. You will not be able to change this selection in any way
2. You may NOT select your own colors, brands, or make any substitutions
3. Most of the Vinyl can be used without issue, but some of the sheets may have bends, creases, or cracks in them
4. This kit is sold AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY! You may not make any returns, or substitutions - NO EXCEPTIONS
5. NONE of the products included in the kit are recommended for use with a Laser Cutter/Edger
6. Does NOT include Heat Transfer Vinyl
7. Does NOT include Printing Vinyl
