We usually use SpeedPAK to ship small parts, forks and frames and handlebars, we will choose DHL，UPS，EMS and other express delivery because of their large size. If you want to use a faster but more expensive express, please contact us to pay for the extra freight.
After we get the confirmation of your payment, We will send it to you as soon as possible(2-5days) if it is in the stock . It will take about 5 to 20 workdays or more if it is a customized product.We will do our best to provide the items as soon as possible. However, sometimes unforeseeable delays maybe occur, as severe weather,government policy holidays etc.
Normally, you can receive the goods 15 to 25 days after shipment. If you haven't received it more than 40 days, please contact us.
