This order of the arrow flap patch was from the Tipisa Lodge 326, Central Florida Council.
This flap was issued in 2010 to commemorate the 2010 National Boy Scout Jamboree. Red border, it matches their jsp set of guitar hero guitars. (The jsps had 2 versions, one that played a guitar riff with an embedded sound chip, and one that didn't. The flaps didn't have that choice, the only issue was the one without a sound chip).
All patches are MINT!
