    Description

    MARION TALLEY
    American coloratura soprano (1906-1983) who was the youngest prima donna to have made a debut at the Metropolitan Opera, but her swift rise to fame was followed by a relatively quick return to obscurity.  Beautiful photograph shown in the camerino preparing for stage, signed and inscribed by her.  Photo is ink-stamped on verso by photographer Tom Kalley.  Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.
