These are Live Linux Operating Systems that run from the Multiboot USB drive. They are new on every boot, Not Persistent. They do not affect the current operating system installed unless instructed by the user.
User should know how to boot from a USB drive and be knowledgeable in common PC usage and terminology. Minimum system requirements: Windows/Linux PC System with 4GB RAM, 20GB HD, 1.5Ghz 64bit CPU.
