5. Dispute & Lawsuit
If disputes or conflicts arise between the Buyer and the Company in spite of Arbitration by eBay, the two parties shall solve it by discussion in good faith, failing which such disputes or conflicts shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court in Japan in the first instance.
