Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.

Additional Instructions:
To heat apply EasyPatterns set your heat press to 305°F or your home iron to the Cotton setting. You’ll need to apply medium pressure, additionally consider a heat transfer pillow which will increase the pressure. When you use heat transfer pillows you’ll need to dial back the pressure to compensate for the pillow and ensure proper pressure.
Before decorating your garment, pre-press the blank for a couple of seconds to remove any lingering moisture or wrinkles. Now you’re ready to heat apply some EasyPatterns!
Did you know you can apply multiple transfers at one time? The pressure sensitive carrier allows you to stick several different patterns to each other, keeping your alignment intact and shortening the pressing process. Just make sure no HTV overlaps another carrier. Otherwise the heat transfer vinyl will adhere to the other carrier and not the garment. Cover everything with a heat transfer cover sheet, press for 10-15 seconds, and peel the carrier hot.
Testing:
Always test on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the time you receive a product to initiate a return or to report a defective product.  The preferred method to initiate a return is to contact us via the eBay messaging system.  Returns will be pre-authorized through eBay 30 day free-return policy and processed 48 business hours  after the item has been received by USCutter.See the items below to determine the terms for your return.

Warranty
Products with a warranty will have the warranty period listed in the item description. Items without warranty information listed on the product  description page will not be covered by warranty.

USCutter will ship these parts via UPS Ground shipping with no cost to the customer.
USCutter technical support staff must be  contacted directly for full support, contact information is available at USCutter website, Support section, to create a ticket or speak with a  USCutter agent directly as well as resource information for troubleshooting assistance.
If USCutter determines that the equipment is not able to be repaired, then an RMA number will be assigned and the customer will be  authorized to return the equipment for replacement. Any equipment older than 30 days may be replaced with a certified refurbished unit at our  discretion.
Defective Items
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, USCutter recommends that you add pictures showing any scratches or defects when sending a request for the return. Return request can also be in a form of item exchange, so make sure you select the correct option when filling out the  return request form.
Free Returns and Refunds

Shipping
Most orders ship via UPS Ground and all will arrive within 5 business days of the original shipment date.
Orders shipped from our Memphis, TN warehouse usually arrive to our Midwest, South, and East coast customers within 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Orders shipped from our Seattle, WA warehouse reach most of our western customers within 2 to 3 business days.
However, USCutter cannot guarantee that your item will ship from the closest warehouse location due to fluctuations in inventory. Therefore, at times it is possible for an item for an East coast customer to be shipped from Seattle, WA. In these cases, you can expect a transit time of 5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. national holidays do not count towards expected time of transit and should be calculated as an additional day of transit.
