Wow, here you have a super nice old Stones album!!  These early presses with the paste over cover are hard to find sealed.  The backside lists the mono LL-3451 as still available.  Under the slick I bet is states "mono" on the cover as I purchased several of these and the others show the "mono" (as the mfg aligment was off on many of these).
This was at the time when they were still using old leftover covers (only putting a stereo paste-over slick over the mono covers) as both the stereo and mono presses were being made until the late 60's.
Being efficient, they would basically use up all their stock until it was gone.
It could be from the late 60's but probably more likely from the very early 70's
.  The album
has medium flex and medium weight (8.45oz/236.5g), so it's possibly a late 60's.  If not, it's early 70's.  It
is in super nice shape
, the only thing is the shrink over time slightly pulled the 2 edges near the mouth.  Otherwise it's a beautiful speciment with solid edges, sharp corners and basically no surface rub, EX++.
Has breather hole on front and on back.
VINYL:
Sealed.
COVER:
EX++, Very slight bending at the edges near mouth, otherwise almost no wear.
SPLITS:
NO, solid edges.
