Wow, here you have a super old Stones album!!  These early presses with the paste over cover are not easy to find sealed.   On the back, it lists the Mono LL-3429 as still available and you can see "Mono & LL-3429" through the slick on bottom right corner.
Both mono and stereo covers were made simultaneously for a few years in the late 60's
and then they kept using all the extra old slicks until they were depleted.
This one has rather flimsy vinyl and has the wide shrink seal, so my guess is probably early to mid 70's.
It
is in super nice shape
with only very light rub wear and the cut corner.  Otherwise solid edges, corners and spine with minimal wear all around.

EX++, minimal wear, cut corner.
SPLITS:
NO, solid edges.
