Shipping is Buyer's choice of either regular first class without insurance or tracking for or Priority w/ insurance and tracking for . However, any item selling for or more MUST be sent via Priority so there is a tracking #. We only combine shipping for Priority mail limited to what will fit in the flat rate large envelope.
Although we do have expertise in certain areas of Scouting memorabilia, our museum is more focused on our local council and we are not nearly as skilled in many other areas. We have done the best we can in providing details in the item description but it is the Buyer's responsibility to look at all the pictures and make decisions on their own as to what actual issue or variation is being sold. Please remember that we are volunteers helping on this fund raising effort. If you are unsure, please ask for more pictures.
Note that if an item description says "appears to be unsewn," it means that it is somewhat "floppy" when holding it by the short edge (which one would assume means it was used) but when holding it up to a light, one cannot see needle holes along the edges (which one would assume means it was never actually sewn). This overrides any eBay default fields that may have been recycled from other listings that may say an item is new. In any event, unless the item description actually says "unused crisp mint," there is no guarantee the patch was not previously used in some fashion. Some patches come with a sound chip with a battery hardwired to the chip. These batteries have been expired for some time and are specifically disclosed as being "dead."
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR REFUNDS. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE BIDDING ENDS.
We run a Boy Scout Museum and exhibit items at local events. Proceeds from these sales fund new exhibits and acquisitions. We also accept donations or trades.  We never sell or trade any items given to us specifically to exhibit.
If you take a virtual tour of our on-line museum and send us a message here or from the museum site what your favorite item is, we can usually offer you a discount on the items you buy here.
