I worked in a couple of shops and even owned one for a while. I've noticed in every shop there is one guy buying stuff and squirreling it away. Well, I was one of those guys.
NOS, NIB Specialites T. A. alloy water bottle cage clamps, nuts, and bolts.
Bicycles are a sum of subtleties, and these alloy nuts, bolts, and clamps are one of them. Check the shouldered nuts and bolts, so the hex corners don't dig into the clamp. I suggest installing the cage using steel bolts to set (bend) the clamp into shape, then swap in the alloy bolts.
