2015 was the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow. This flap set doesn't have NOAC written on it, so it may be just their centennial set (some lodges made different sets for NOAC and their own centennial celebrations).
The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting's second-largest national event. In 2015, 15,000 Arrowmen from across our nation gathered for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and fun! As many are aware, the conference was sold out!
During NOAC, Arrowmen participated in a six-day conference which included top notch training sessions, cool recreational opportunities, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs.
NOAC 2015 was held from August 3-8, 2015 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow.
This order of the arrow patch set was from the Nacha Nimat Lodge 86, Hudson Valley
Council. This was from the National Order of the Arrow Centennial celebration in 2015. Yellow border flap set. A bear, turtle, beaver and deer/elk are featured on this flap set.
All patches are MINT!
