The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting's second-largest national event.
This order of the arrow patch set was from the Nacha Nimat Lodge 86, Hudson Valley
Council. This was from the National Order of the Arrow Centennial celebration in 2006. Silver mylar border flap set. Also celebrates the 10th anniversary of the lodge.
