The control unit simply is plugged in and attached to the air port on the side of your AccuMax VPC mattress. Hill-Rom AccuMax Quantum VPC  control unit offers an affordable therapy solution for patients at moderate risk of skin breakdown. Through its non-powered Controlled Release™ valve technology the AccuMax Quantum VPC Surface provides dynamic pressure redistribution to help prevent and manage skin breakdown without the need for a blower, pump, or power source. If alternating pressure redistribution is needed, the AccuMax Quantum VPC surface with AirPort can also be used with the CU2 pump.
Condition & Testing
This Brand New Pressure Relief System Control Unit is in excellent cosmetic and power tested condition. We do not have the mattress to test all functions individually, but the power comes on immediately and all the lights come on as they should. When turning the dial from 1-10 the air pressure increases as it should. When the Max Inflate button is pushed, the air flow is steady and constant.
