This order of the arrow patch set was from the Nentego Lodge 20, Delmarva (Del-Mar-Va)
Council. This was from the 2004 National Order of the Arrow Conference. A top flap with a rockfish (the lodge totem, aka striped bass), and a chevron with a cutout to hang from your button. This is the delegate set, (delegate is even written on the top right corner of the flap).
