    Good working Used Koike Wel-Handy multi use portable welding machine.  Has magnetic wheels, and sticks very well to a metal wall or horizontal surface.  No need for a track to set up.  Speed and direction adjustable.  115V single phase.   All functions work.   Unit is in good shape.  Can be used with plasma torch for similar functions as a track / line burner.
