This kit consists of the following individually packaged and labeled component kits:
Left Front Crankcase Cover, Left Rear Crankcase Cover, Cylinder Head Covers,
Points Cover,
Intake, Exhaust Nuts,
Alternator Cover, Right-side Crankcase Cover
Because of variations with the different XL250 models, you will have some extra fasteners when you are done.
We use Allen bolts with our custom made washers for proper coverage to replace the old stock panhead screws.
We use Socket flathead screws to replace the Ovalheads so the new bolts all match in appearance.
No chrome plating to crack, peel, or rust, and no caps or plugs to come loose.
