    Description

    Original 6" x 8" charcoal illustration of the legendary Latvian Jewish, later Israeli tenor, by an artist identified by their initials H. H. F., Berlin, 1917.
    What we can tell you about this piece is it was originally acquired directly from Jadlowker's descendants in the 1980's by Jim Camner and was in the opera tenor and cantor's personal scrapbook.  Allegedly the artist was his niece.
