PTFE is generally considered a thermoplastic polymer. At 550 degrees Fahrenheit it maintains a very high anti-adhesive properties, non-toxicity and low friction coefficient thus making PTFE an ideal solution for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.
MAINTAINING & CLEANING:
Clean daily with a damp cloth (H2O only)
Never apply solvents or chemicals to clean your non-stick fabric
Periodically reverse the sheet – both sides are PTFE coated (exception: Salamander Skin dual surface silicone/PTFE liners)
Never scrape or use use hard-edged implement on your PTFE fabric
Never use abrasive cleaning materials
Discard when non-stick surface begins to show wear or sheet edges begin to discolor or corrode
Note:
Adjust heat press to allow at least 1/2" of space before placing garment on machine. Temperature resistant to 500°F however, you should not use pillow above 400°F for over 40 seconds.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the time you receive a product to initiate a return or to report a defective product. The preferred method to initiate a return is to contact us via the eBay messaging system. Warranty

Sign Supply Closeout reserves the right to send replacement parts for any equipment being covered under warranty, instead of replacing the machine outright. Sign Supply Closeout will ship these parts via UPS Ground shipping with no cost to the customer. Sign Supply Closeout technical support staff must be contacted directly for full support, contact information is available at Sign Supply Closeout website, Support section, to create a ticket or speak with a Sign Supply Closeout agent directly as well as resource information for troubleshooting assistance.
If Sign Supply Closeout determines that the equipment is not able to be repaired, then an RMA number will be assigned and the customer will be authorized to return the equipment for replacement. Any equipment older than 30 days may be replaced with a certified refurbished unit at our discretion.
Defective Items
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, Sign Supply Closeout recommends that you add pictures showing any scratches or defects when sending a request for the return. Return request can also be in a form of item exchange, so make sure you select the correct option when filling out the return request form.
Free Returns and Refunds
Sign Supply Closeout abides by eBay Return and Refund policies. Sign Supply Closeout accepts and offers free returns. However, make sure to check the Return section of individual listings you are about to purchase as there may be exceptions to free return policy.
