The 9 appears to be double stamped & looks like an 8. The Heart Has A Oval Shape Purple Stone In The Center With Marcasite Around. The Heart Is Approximately 3/4" In Diameter at the widest point & The Pendant Is Hanging On An 18" Sterling Chain. The Necklace Weighs Approximately 7.7grams.
