    Speedivac High Frequency Tester (Model T1) by Edwards High Vacuum Ltd. Fabricated in 1964 and complete in its original box with instruction sheet and test label this exciting device produces a high electrical potential on its probe which you wave over a vacuum tube to inspect for leaks. It has a trembler based coil arrangement within it which is variable via the sliding switch on the handle. See photos of instruction sheet, it explains all. Used for Leak Location (sparks concentrate on leak), Vacuum Indication, Insulation testing, producing Ozone, Igniting gas discharge lamps, general high frequency supply uses. It is in immaculate condition, I suspect it was used only a handful of times in its life, if it all. Plug in test performed, trembler functions and the smell of ozone becomes apparent
