Local pick up only. It's on the first floor of the home so there's just a stoop to negotiate, no flights of stairs.
Using the hand-held control, which clips to the bed rail and is attached to the bed by a 6 foot phone-receiver-like wire/cable, shown in the 4th image, the controls perform these functions, as depicted on the control:
1st row of 2 buttons on the controller:  Elevate or lower the head/torso portion
2nd row of 2 buttons on the controller:  Elevate or lower the lower half of the body portion
3rd row of 2 buttons on the controller:  Elevate or lower both the top and bottom portions
A mechanical hand crank at the foot of the bed, which can be seen in the images, raises or lowers the entire frame of the bed, which is an adjustment made independent of the electronic controls on the hand controller.
The bed is approx. 7 feet long, in excellent condition, and works flawlessly, as does the air mattress, both the static and alternating pressure functions.
Included in the listing is the complete bed, the full length, height adjustable safety rails, the Drive air mattress and its controller/air pump (as seen attached to footboard) all cells operational, no leaks.
