    The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting's second-largest national event. This patch is from the 1992 NOAC.
    This flap has a silver mylar border (SMY). It says Galactic - OA Lodge #2092 (100 years into the future). The Dream, The Future. This flap spoofs the Disney Galactic Dream Future. (I was told this was a Disney spoof, I don't know it for a fact).
