This kit comes with a battery and charger for bikes without a battery.
Universal cooling fan kit for water-cooled MX/SX bikes. Radiator mounted temp switch turns fan on/off at 100degC/95degC(212F/203F).
We now have 95/90c and 85/80c temperature switches and
also we have a manual on/off switch. Just let us know what type of switch you want. We will ship the 100/95c switch if you don't want one of the other switches.
(Coolant boiling point is 130degC (265F), with a 15lb radiator cap at sea level.)
This kit is for a bike that doesn't have a bung in the radiator for the switch. If your bike doesn't have the radiator bung hole we just have to know if you want a 5/8 or 3/4 tee. This depends on the size of your radiator hoses.

120 mm x 120 mm x 25 mm .45 AMP(4 3/4"x 4 3/4"x 7/8") fan pulls 108cfm of cool air through your radiator. Now powered by a Duracell rechargeable battery (3 7/8 L x 1 11/16 W x 2 H). It will typically run the fan for at least 6 hrs of riding time on a hot day in technical terrain.
Fan is a ball bearing design and weather resistant. (We now have in stock 92mm x 92mm x 32mm fans for the smaller radiators, just let us know if you need the smaller fan.)
Comes with a charger that can be hooked up to our harness without any disassembly of your bike.
Heavy-duty harness has a built-in weather resistant fuse holder and utilizes quality Molex connectors for reliability.
This kit requires NO electrical system on your bike and can be ran independently of an existing electrical system, and is fully automatic. No 'on/off' switch to remember.
All mounting hardware included.
Shown mounted on a Honda CRF450R (with radiator braces and no bung for fan switch). Others will differ.
