Item is brand new and factory sealed.
These were to be distributed only with a new Dell PC.
It is for the operating system that is already installed on your computer.
This CD is only to reinstall the operating system on a Dell PC.
This CD is NOT for reinstallation of programs and drivers.
ATTENTION:
as of April 1st 2020 I am going to be shipping packages out every 5 business days.
I regret this, as I usually ship same day, but always within 2 business days... However,
amid growing concerns about the pandemic facing the world, I have to put the health of myself and my small children and wife first.
So if you purchase an item from me on Monday, it will NOT ship until Friday.
I understand that is a long waiting period, and I am sure there are other ebay sellers that can help you with the item(s) I currently have that you may want, if you want them to be shipped out faster.
If you order on a Friday, I will ship out either that day (if time allows and it's early enough in my schedule/day), or you will have to wait until the very next Friday for shipment.
It is unfortunate as I always like to be prompt in shipping, and have a perfect, on time shipping policy, but my health as a father, and that of my small children, and wife most certainly come before any business I might conduct.
My reputation as a seller is quite important to me, and I want each and everyone's business, and I appreciate the support and continued support of all my customers.
I'm sure this will get back to normal at some point, but for the forseeable future, this is how I must conduct business, taking as minimal a risk as possible for my family, and that of my customers as well.
Everything is cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment, you can trust that you will NOT get a tainted product from Phat-Money-Mike's.
