This dispenser is in good pre loved condition. It looks like Pascal but it is not a Disney product. It does have some light wear which includes faint marks here and there. There is a bit of wear and signs of use on the metal piece. It can be very difficult to open, you will want to detach with care as the plastic is thin and you do not want to snap it. TAPE NOT INCLUDED. It may need some light cleaning. It is possible that i have overlooked some additional small flaws. Buyer should expect more wear than what is visible or mentioned. SOLD AS IS.
