This Multi-screen HD presentation hardware consists of the following well-cared for items:
Two (2) Atlona XGA 4 input Switchers with audio
(Switch the source audio feed with the same switcher.)
-includes remote for each!
One (1) Shinybow 8 port XGA DA (splitter)
One (1) Comprehensive 8 port XGA DA (splitter)
(1 signal in, 8 signals out)
Two (2) HDMI to VGA converters
(Converts an HDMI source signal to your VGA system, but not the other way.)
The Atlona switchers are top-of-the-line, high-end switchers. They have built-in audio switching as well; one switcher handles both sources. This is such an important item you should have a spare.
All items utilize XGA/SVGA/VGA connectors, commonly referred to simply as "VGA" connectors.  The different designation refers to the higher resolutions.  (Anther common name is "D-Sub".)  Many are confused about the VGA/SVGA/XGA designation and think that "only HDMI is HD!" This is incorrect.
These devices carry HD resolution. These items will carry at least a 1920 x 1200 signal. Most laptops have 1920 x 1080, which is the same as an HD TV.
I used these for courtroom presentations.  They were well cared-for, clean, never left in a dirty or smokey environment, never dropped, kicked or mishandled. I no longer have any computers with VGA ports, but if you do, and you need a multi-source, multi-screen presentation hardware kit, this is the auction for you.
Each switcher originally sold for 0, the splitters were 0 & , and the HDMI to VGA adaptors are about and will allow other HDMI copmputers to connect and present.  These are quality items that have been kept clean, protected from impacts and in dry storage.  If you want a multi-screen HD resolution presentation setup, capable of switching between 4 sources, with backup items, then this one set will provide your connecting and switching hardware.
With this set, you can provide a multi-source, multi-screen presentation in HD for a much lower cost than buying all of these items separately.
I have taken very good care of these items and all are in excellent condition.  I am shipping all of them in one Large Priority Mail Flat Rate Box to keep the shipping costs reasonable.
