    Description

    This is a spoof set from the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) in 2006. It says 2006 NOAC STAFF and features a 3 headed fire breathing dragon (or 3 dragons) breathing fire onto an Arrowman. "The Legend Lives On". The lower dragon's eyes used to light up, but the batteries are dead, not sure if would work with new batteries or not.
    2 piece flap set.
