you are bidding on a 1940 Detroit Tigers World Series Balck Bat these were given to players and managers very hard to find. the bat is in average excelent  condition no cracks in the handle. bat shows some wear but gold lettering is still readable but faded no cracks in the handle
The bat has a inscription in pencil on the handle that reads.
